Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed to make you sweat and work your core hard, building strength and stamina. Svava emphasizes that if the exercises were too easy, your core wouldn’t benefit as much. It’s gotta be challenging to tone your body effectively.

When you start to feel tired, remember to keep your chest open instead of collapsing forward, as this will help you breathe better. Stay strong and keep moving.

Today’s workout is 10 minutes long, consisting of five moves done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Then, repeat the set. You’ve got this!
