Transform Your Fitness: Home Workout Challenge – Day 16 of 30

You’ve made it halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today is Day 16, and you don’t need any equipment. Let’s dive in.

Today’s moves include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all with a little twist to get you sweating. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core and build both strength and stamina. If it’s too easy, your core won’t have to work hard, so remember, it’s the challenge that tones your body!

When you start feeling tired, try to open up your chest instead of collapsing forward to catch your breath, as this will help you breathe better. Keep going, you’ve got this!

Here’s the plan:

– 10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
– Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds.
– Repeat one more time.
