Today’s exercises include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to get you sweating. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, building strength and stamina. If it feels too easy, your core isn’t working hard enough, says Svava. Remember, it has to be challenging to achieve that toned body.

When you start feeling tired, ensure you open your chest instead of collapsing forward, which restricts your breathing. Keep your chest open and breathe deeply. You’ve got this—keep moving.

The routine for today is simple: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest, and then repeat the whole set once more.
