You’re halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today’s workout is equipment-free, so let’s dive in.

Today’s moves include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks – with a twist to really get you sweating. Focus on controlling each movement to get a serious core burn, building strength and stamina. According to Svava, if it feels too easy, your core won’t be working hard enough. Challenge yourself for that toned body!

When you start to feel tired, remember to open your chest and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward, which can restrict your breathing. Keep your movements strong and steady.

This session is 10 minutes long, featuring five moves done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the sequence one more time.
