Today’s exciting movements include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, each with a twist to keep you sweating. Make sure to control each move to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. According to Svava, if the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t get much of a workout. So embrace the challenge to achieve a toned body.

When you start to feel tired, focus on opening up your chest rather than leaning forward to catch your breath, as this helps with better breathing. Remember to keep your chest open and breathe deeply.
