Home Workout Fat-Burn: Day 16 of Your 30-Day Challenge

You’re halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 requires no equipment, so let’s dive in.

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks – all with a twist to really make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to feel the burn in your core, which helps in building strength and stamina. If the exercises were too easy, your core wouldn’t get the workout it needs, right? It’s supposed to be challenging to get that well-toned body.

When you start feeling tired, open up your chest instead of bending forward to catch your breath. This helps you breathe better. Remember, keep your chest open and breathe deeply.

You can do this, keep going!

Here’s the routine: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the whole sequence one more time.
