Today’s moves include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all designed to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which will help build strength and stamina. If it’s too easy, your core won’t have to work much, and you won’t get that toned body you’re aiming for.
When you start feeling tired, make sure to open up your chest and breathe instead of falling forward. This way, you keep your breathing steady. Keep it up, you’ve got this!
The workout is a quick 10-minute session with five moves, done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds before moving on to the next one. Repeat the sequence one more time.
