Svava notes that if it was easy, your core wouldn’t be working much, so it’s got to be challenging to achieve that toned body.
When you start feeling tired, remember to open up your chest to breathe better instead of leaning forward, as this can restrict your breathing. Keep your chest open and breathe deeply. You’ve got this, so keep going strong.
The workout is 10 minutes long, featuring five moves done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest, then repeat the whole routine once more.
