Day 16 of the 30-Day Fat-Burning At-Home Workout Adventure

You’ve reached the halfway point of Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! On Day 16, you won’t need any equipment. Let’s get started.

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves will surely make you sweat and keep your core engaged. Svava says if it’s easy, your core isn’t working hard enough. It’s got to be challenging to help you achieve that toned body.

When you start to feel tired, don’t hunch over. Keep your chest open to breathe better. Remember, you can do this! Keep pushing.

Here’s the plan: you’ll do 10 minutes, five moves, and two sets. For each of the five moves, perform for 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. Then repeat the set.
