Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These movements are designed to make you sweat and give your core a serious workout, helping you build strength and stamina. As Svava says, if it’s too easy, your core won’t be working hard enough. It needs to be challenging to help you get that toned body.

When you start feeling tired, remember to open up your chest instead of hunching forward to catch your breath. This helps you breathe better and keeps your posture in check.

The workout is 10 minutes long and consists of five moves. You’ll do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the set once more.
