Day 16: Ignite Your Fat-Burning Potential with This Home Workout Challenge

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. Each movement has a twist to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really work your core, building both strength and stamina. If it were easy, you wouldn’t challenge your core enough to see real results. It needs to be tough to achieve that toned body you’re working towards.

When you start feeling tired, try to open up your chest instead of hunching forward. This helps you breathe better. Keep going, you’ve got this!

Today’s routine is simple: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat one more time.
