Day 16: Ignite Your Fat-Burning Potential with This At-Home Workout

Congratulations on reaching the halfway point of Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today is Day 16, and you’ll be working out without any equipment. Let’s dive in.

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These exercises will get your heart rate up and help you build strength and stamina. Remember, to really feel the burn in your core and get that toned body, you need to push yourself—it shouldn’t be too easy.

When you start to feel tired, make sure you’re keeping your chest open instead of leaning forward. This will help you breathe better. Stay strong, and keep moving, you’ve got this!

Here’s the plan:
– 10 minutes total
– Five different moves
– Two sets

Do each movement for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the whole sequence one more time.
