Day 16: Ignite Your Fat-Burning Journey with This Home Workout Challenge

You’ve reached the halfway mark of Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t require any equipment, so let’s get started.

Today’s exercises include sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed with a twist to really make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to give your core a good burn, which builds strength and stamina. If it’s too easy, your core isn’t working hard enough, and you won’t see results.

When you feel tired, make sure to open your chest instead of slumping forward to catch your breath, as this helps with breathing. Keep going, you’ve got this!

Here’s the plan for Day 16:

– 10 minutes in total
– Five different moves
– Two sets

Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the sequence one more time.
