Today’s routine includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks—these movements will definitely get you sweating. Take your time with each exercise to really feel the burn in your core, which is crucial for building strength and endurance. After all, if it isn’t challenging, your core won’t get much of a workout, as Svava often says. The goal here is to make it tough so you can achieve that toned body you’re working towards.

If you start feeling tired, remember to keep your chest open instead of hunching over to catch your breath, as this helps maintain proper breathing. Stay strong and keep moving!

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each of the five exercises for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the whole set one more time.
