Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed to make you sweat while adding a fun twist. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. According to Svava, if it’s too easy, your core isn’t working hard enough to achieve that toned body.

When you start feeling tired, instead of collapsing forward to catch your breath, open up your chest and breathe deeply. This will improve your breathing rather than restrict it. Keep pushing through, you’ve got this!

Here’s the plan:
– 10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
– Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest.
– Repeat the set one more time.
