Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed to make you sweat while adding a twist to keep things interesting. Remember, controlling each movement will help burn your core, build strength, and enhance stamina. If it feels too easy, your core isn’t getting enough of a workout. To get that toned body, you need to push yourself.

When you start to feel tired, make sure to keep your chest open and breathe deeply instead of bending forward, which restricts your breathing. Keep going and stay motivated!

The workout plan for today is as follows:
– 10 minutes total
– Five different moves
– Each move for 40 seconds
– 20 seconds of rest between moves
– Repeat the entire sequence once more
