Day 16 of the 30-Day Home Workout Plan to Shed Fat

You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today is Day 16, and you don’t need any equipment. Let’s get started!

We’re doing sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks today. These exercises will definitely make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really work your core, build strength, and boost stamina. Remember, if it was easy, your core wouldn’t get much of a workout. You need that challenge to get a toned body.

When you start getting tired, open up your chest to breathe better instead of slumping forward. This way, you’ll catch your breath more efficiently.

Keep moving – you can do this!

Today’s workout:
– 10 minutes
– 5 moves
– 2 sets

For each move:
– 40 seconds of action
– 20 seconds of rest

Repeat the set once more.
