So, push yourself to keep it challenging.

When you start to feel tired, focus on opening your chest and keeping your breathing deep, rather than hunching over to catch your breath. Stay strong and keep moving!

Here’s the workout plan:
– Duration: 10 minutes
– Moves: 5 exercises
– Sets: 2

Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Repeat the entire circuit one more time.
