Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves are designed to make you sweat and work your core. For the best results, control each movement. If it’s easy, your core won’t get the workout it needs, which means it should be challenging to achieve that toned body you’re aiming for.
When you start feeling tired, remember to open up your chest to breathe better, rather than collapsing forward. Keep your chest open and keep breathing.
