Today’s session features sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks with a twist to really get you sweating. Focus on controlling each move to feel that intense burn in your core, which will help build strength and stamina. As Svava says, if it’s easy, your core won’t work as hard. So, it’s got to be challenging to achieve that well-toned body!

When you start feeling tired, remember to keep your chest open rather than slouching forward, as good breathing is crucial. Keep your chest open and take deep breaths.

Here’s the workout:
– Total time: 10 minutes
– Number of moves: 5
– Number of sets: 2
– Perform each move for 40 seconds, with a 20-second rest in between.
– Repeat the entire sequence once more.
