The exciting moves for today are sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, all with a little twist to make you really work up a sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to feel a real burn in your core, enhancing your strength and stamina. If the exercises were easy, your core wouldn’t get much of a workout, so embrace the challenge to achieve that toned body!

When you start to feel tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply, rather than hunching forward, which can restrict your breathing. You’ve got this—keep moving!

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Then, repeat everything one more time.
