Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks, but with a twist to make you sweat. Make sure you control each movement to really feel the burn in your core, which will help build strength and stamina. Svava says if it were easy, your core wouldn’t have to work as hard. So, it’s gotta be challenging to help you tone up.
When you start to get tired, focus on opening up your chest instead of falling forward, as this can restrict your breathing. Remember to breathe deeply and keep your chest open.
You can do this—keep moving! The routine is 10 minutes long, with five moves done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Then, repeat the sequence one more time.
