Day 16 of the 30-Day Fat-Blasting Home Exercise Regimen

You’re halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t require any equipment. Let’s dive in!

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks. These moves will get your heart pumping and work up a sweat. Make sure to control each movement to really feel the burn in your core, building both strength and endurance. If it’s too easy, your core won’t benefit as much, so push yourself for that toned body!

When you start to get tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of hunching forward to catch your breath. This will help you keep going strong.

The workout is 10 minutes long, consisting of five moves done in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the entire sequence one more time.
