Today, we’re doing sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks with a twist to get you sweating. Focus on controlling each movement to really feel the burn in your core, and build strength and stamina. If it were easy, your core wouldn’t get such a good workout. Challenging yourself is the key to getting that toned body.
When you start to feel tired, make sure you open up your chest and keep breathing, instead of collapsing forward which restricts your breathing. Stay strong and keep moving – you’ve got this!
The workout today is 10 minutes long, with five moves done in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest, and then repeat the sequence one more time.
