You’re now halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Today, on Day 16, you won’t need any equipment. Let’s jump right in!

Today’s workout includes sumo squats, high planks moving into downward dog, and side planks. These are designed to make you sweat and get that core burning, building both strength and stamina. Remember, if it were easy, your core wouldn’t be working as hard. The challenge is what leads to a toned body.

When you start to feel tired, be sure to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of hunching forward. This helps maintain your breathing and energy.

Keep pushing through! You’ve got this. The workout is 10 minutes long with five different moves repeated in two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Repeat the sequence once more for a full session.
