30-Day Home Workout Challenge to Burn Fat – Day 16 Fitness Routine

You’re halfway through Svava Sigbertsdottir’s 30-day fat-burning home workout challenge! Day 16 doesn’t require any equipment. Let’s dive in.

Today, we’re doing sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, and side planks—all with a twist to make you sweat. Focus on controlling each movement to really work your core and build strength and stamina. Make sure it’s challenging, as an easy workout won’t engage your core enough to get that toned body you’re aiming for.

When you start to get tired, remember to open up your chest and breathe deeply instead of collapsing forward, which can restrict your breathing. Keep moving, you’ve got this.

Here’s the plan: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Then, repeat the entire sequence.
