Today’s workout features sumo squats, high planks transitioning into downward dog, and side planks, each designed to get you sweating. The focus is on controlling each move to really feel the burn in your core, which helps build strength and stamina. If it were easy, your core wouldn’t get the workout it needs for that toned look. So, let’s push it!

When you start feeling tired, try to keep your chest open instead of hunching over for breath, which can restrict breathing. Remember, open your chest and take deep breaths.

Stay strong and keep moving! This session runs for 10 minutes with five moves done in two sets. Perform each move for 40 seconds, then take a 20-second rest. Repeat the sequence once more, and you’re done for the day.
