According to Svava, if it’s too easy, your core won’t get the proper workout it needs to become toned.
When you start feeling tired, remember to open up your chest instead of hunching forward. This will help you breathe better and keep your form right. Keep pushing yourself and don’t stop moving.
The routine is simple: 10 minutes, five moves, two sets. Do each move for 40 seconds, then take a 20-second rest. Repeat everything once more.
